I'm kind of confused by this. Are you commissioning users to come up with characters or is this meant to be a contest and the most suitable submissions will be picked?

If it's meant to be a contest, then there needs to be a definitive end date( it can't be further than 3 months from the original post) and I'll need to move it to the art contest forum.

If it's a commission, as in you're commissioning users to come up with characters then it's fine where it is.
