Welcome back to Subeta! It used to be that inactive accounts had the potential to be purged (deleted of all contents), so that inactive users did not take up available names. It has since been changed so that accounts that would otherwise have been cleared and deleted instead lose names if another user wants to take it, and all items stay on the account - so you still have things you have earnt before instead of having to start from scratch.
