EDIT: Hey good morning!! I've go a VERY ROUGH sketch for you! Here! So what I've done is I've given him a more dillema head shape-suitable helmet, his pose/posture is very dillema-ish, given him steamwork dillema-type feet, and instead of the logo on his chest/abdomen I've replace it with the steamwork Dillema incinerator ( I was afraid the logo would cause problems when you're trying to submit! )! Tell me what you think so far because at this point everything can be completely changed if necessary and I'm totally open to suggestions so I can properly bring your vision to life!
