Galapagos by Kurt Vonnegut and Crying of Lot 49 by Thomas Pynchon
...
"Idylls Of The Queen" by Phyllis Ann Karr.
An Arthurian murder mystery, starring Sir Kay (my favorite underappreciated knight of the Round Table, portrayed here as a sarcastic and stubbornly practical seneschal, one of the only knights who hasn't been sucked into the Gawaine/Lancelot factions splitting up the court) and the infamous Sir Mordred traveling together trying to solve the crime while a ton of drama in Gawaine's dysfunctional family plays out in the background? Sign me up :D It's marvellously underrated and a must-read for any fan of Arthurian lit.
I love the Discworld novels by Terry Pratchett. My favourite character is Rincewind so I prefer the stories about him. My second favourite is Moist Von Lipwig, who isn't as prominent a character in the series as Rincewind, but he's got some great books about him too!
I also enjoy Jane Austen classics, Pride and Prejudice being my favourite.
Also Watership Down by Richard Adams. Fiver is the best! <3
My favourite graphic novel is Bone by Jeff Smith. I'm not sure which book/chapter I like best, I just love the whole thing in its entirety. My favourite character is Phoney Bone. :)

There are so many good fictional books out there! I love a good mystery! One good fictional book I read in school was Totto-Chan: The Little Girl at the Window by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi <----fiction

My favorite book of all time is Ernest Hemingway's A Farewell to Arms.
I like all of his books, even though I get told they're trash because he was a man who beat his wives, drank, participated in bull fighting, and other lewd activities. I actually feel bad for the guy because he got his heart broken with his first love, and probably never recovered, plus his family suffered from a rare blood disorder which is probably the cause of him blowing his brains out with a shotgun. :<
The Book Thief. I read when I was thirteen (almost ten years ago omg) and still is my favourite book ;-; And the second one is Marley and Me, but I won't re-read again, because I almost lost all my water that my body has when I was reading it HAHAHAH
Favorite classical book would be either "Little Women" or "Pride and Prejudice".
Favorite series is Harry Potter :D
And I adore "Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl". I've read that so much I know some entries by heart.
Leave it to me: I'm always top banana in the shock department.
The Way Things Work by David Macaulay and Flatland by Edwin Abott. The former was mostly visual and now mostly obsolete, but I check it out as often as possible. I now have my own copy. Flatland was something I had wondered about since reading an adaptation from the Childcraft series. I also have an anotated copy, but have only been able to read it once.
Both have been quite a ride getting from the fragmented memories to what I consider them now.
The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
Otherwise I love the Inkheart trilogy (Cornelia Funke), the Bartimaeus trilogy (Jonathan Stroud), Frankenstein (Mary Shelley), Oryx and Crake (Margaret Atwood), The Master and Margarita (Mikhail Bulgakov), the SAGA comics (Brian K Vaughan and Fiona Staples) and almost anything by Haruki Murakami.
My favorite book is called Elsewhere, by Gabrielle Zevin.
Normally i dont ready books like this, but i got it for free and it really touched my heart. I can read it over and over and i never get tired of it. Its about a girl who dies at a young age of 15, but ends up in a place called elsewhere, where you live in a paradise, but you age backward until you are a baby and then you get sent back down the river to earth to be born again. The story tells how she lived in Elsewhere, its beautiful.

This is so lame, but The Sorcerers Stone will always be my fave.
Some of my favorite books include Black Beauty by Anna Sewell and The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick.

The Greatcoat series by Sebastien De Castell
Saw someone review the series on YouTube and boy did they praise it, so I got curious, read book 1 and fell in love! I usually don't have a favorite book, It has been a long time but I can say now, this series has become a personal favorite for sure!
