I have never been to an event for it before either so I am pretty excited! I made a fox pumpkin last year and everyone thought I made a wolf LOL! I am from the US I live in Texas. I am actually working on a trip to your part of the world, any place you would suggest?

Oh well i am from UK and there is a lot to see here, if you never been your first stop will of course be London, though bare in mind it is expensive like any other capital in the world, but you can get alot of vouchers and discounts to all major entertainment places like Madam Tussauds, London Eye, London Tower, Sherlocks Museum on Baker street and so on. I would suggest getting a tour bus as they give good discounts to all the places.

As to other places in Europe it depends what you like. I can not suggest good places as i do want to visit them all hahaha, as all countries have its own culture, architecture, food and places of interests. I believe everywhere you go has got its own beauty and appeal :) I would still like to visit load of places in America and Asia and much much more haha.

It is pretty nice here right now. Roughly in the 70s at least in the morning and at night.

True, I want to visit so many places and I know I will never make it to them all. There are even places in Texas I haven't visited yet, but it is a ten hour drive!

Hurricane Matthew is heading towards my area (Orlando) in a few days. How affected Orlando will be be depends on how far west it goes. Right now, the projected forecast does leave a possibility of it making a direct hit, so I'm monitoring the situation.

It is super nice! I am going to the state fair on Thursday and the temperature is just perfect! How cold is it there? I wish that was invented but then we wouldn't have anywhere for anyone to go XD Definitely! I don't think this time we are going to London. I know for sure we are going to the Czech Republic but that is the only definite.

@ Minx - No, Floridians have hurricane parties, though they're not taken as seriously as the Wikipedia article implies. But yeah, there are shelters if evacuations are ordered.

Matthew is expected to be a Category 3 hurricane (winds of 111-129 mph), which is considered major, on Friday. It's still too early to tell how much of an impact he'll have since the forecast can change any time today and tomorrow. It's a waiting and watching game for now.

We got from what once was our favourite restaurant in Belfast called The Ivory but the food was just not as great this time! We had it booked for 's birthday but we cancelled and booked a chinese restaurant instead XD! Aww I hate when that happens :(! But sometimes cheap stuff can outlast expensive stuff :D! Awww no hahaha! Does he not like clothes shopping :D? I wish we had a Walmart here! It sounds so amazing :D!

Yay the UK :D! I seen a cool pregnancy costume the other day! Someone wore a red top and painted the Kool Aid Guy's (from Family Guy!) face on it and put like cardboard walls on either side of the bump and across the boobs it said "OH YEAHHHH!" haha :')! I laughed more than I probably should have haha!

See I would be selfish and take her out and just eat the sweets and be all "yay good baby girl puts to bed super early so I can eat more sweets" haha XD! But my neighborhood is a bit dodgy so nobody trick or treats/opens the door as it can be dangerous :(!

I so wish we celebrated halloween like the US! I might go buy some candy corn from the American Candy Store in Belfast :3! It's super tasty but you can feel the cavities starting as you eat haha!

Some people are allergic to lilies too so make sure no one in your wedding party is. The food was amazing. We had this like asian style shrimp. Then he got swordfish and I got salmon and we ended it with pumpkin crème brulee and a whole bottle of champagne XDD

I have never really gotten into this event before. They are supposed to be changing it up so I may enjoy it more. Just seems like a lot of buying XD

He got his car when he was 15 and his dad and him put it together because it was a piece of crap when he got it. He built it from the ground up and now we get to drive it around :D not often but for special occasions. Such as the wedding lol Car When he first showed it to me I told him it wasn't very nice because he told me it was his date car XDDD

I think Halloween came from the US over to the UK, so it is a bigger holiday there than it is over here unless we embrace it with all the history and culture, it won't get to that point.

Okay, so the hurricane is now expected to be category 3-4 and is closer to me than the last forecast. If I'm not around after tomorrow afternoon, that's because the storm is bad. I don't know how long I'll be gone... it depends on if power goes out or not.

The last major hurricane that hit caused power to be out for a week back in 2004. But, we got hit with the eye of the storm with that one. So if the power goes out, I'm pretty sure it won't be for longer than a day or two.

- We're unlikely to get hit by the eye of the hurricane, but the winds surrounding the hurricane will hit. For now, it's expected to be tropical storm force (~40 mph) with higher gusts. The possibility of hurricane force is there since the coast that's about an hour away will get hit with those. Plus, a lot of rain.

There's also feeder bands which have a large possibility of tornadoes and bouts of stronger winds.

The hurricane forecasts tend to be accurate. Day to day weather is easy to forecast during the summer, since it's nearly always the same. Winter is when it varies, but it's usually accurate.

Oh wow, I never thought of the UK having inaccurate weather forecasts. XD I also saw someone preparing for a hurricane party when I went to go buy food... they were buying burgers to grill and beer. XDDD

Walmart is some sort of place. It's usually crowded and the workers are the least helpful people ever, but they do have good deals on healthcare and household things. If I have to go, I go late at night to avoid crowds or I buy stuff (mainly clothes) online.

Florida is full of... err... wonder as well. Florida Man is a term used for when a Floridian does something weird. (Florida Woman is a thing too.) There's so many weird news stories here.

Also, Florida is the only place when you can be charged with "Possession of Dairy Crate". O.o
