Just a quick FYI for anyone else who is still workin' on getting those Steamworks Trinkets: It's a bit of a time suck but, don't forget to go to the dance floor after you accept a dance or someone accepts your invitation. If you go to the dance floor there's always a chance you'll get challenged to a duel (which is basically just rock paper scissors) if you win the duel you'll win a bag of trinkets

I just learned that this year so I thought I'd share just in case anyone else was like me and didn't know

I remembered but didn't do a single duel - it was too tiring. XD

Yeah there were only a few days when I had the time to wait for all those pages to load. And even if I was lucky enough to get a duel there's no guarantee I'd win :P

I wish they'd make it easier to find this stuff out lol Until I accidentally ran into a post about it in the forums I thought the duels were just like running into the lizard minions or subQ invites, I had no idea I needed to go to the dance floor.

the few I've played, I haven't won anything so I don't waste my time on it anymore. lol

Yeah, I'm pretty much always willing to help with stuff like that... It WAS a bit frustrating, though, because I didn't have my own office, just the option to use one of the two computers right next to the printer, so when I was lesson planning, and working on important stuff that I REALLLY had to get done, people were always coming by and asking for help... That got old really quickly... And I was super part-time, but I was ALWAYS there, because we just had so much paperwork and such that went along with every class...

Oh man, that DOES sound really overwhelming... I hate cleaning so much... :O

in general... I had a crazy weekend and didn't get on Subeta at all, so if you're one of the 96 dances I failed to accept, I'm sorry. :(

I had no idea, all the trinkets I could have got D:

- I can see how that would get annoying. I taught others how to work the computer (as long as it was simple) and printer so I wouldn't keep on being bothered for the same things. I didn't have an office either, just a cubicle in the middle of a large room, and people gossiping/talking about things I don't care about would be super distracting. I ended up bring my iPod to work so I wouldn't lose my mind and could focus.

My weekend was tiring but good. :) We went to a birthday barbecue that lasted all day Saturday, and severely tested my Swiss skills... :O Lots of talking and attempting to comprehend, which is exhausting, but it was a fun party, and a group of people where I always use Swiss and not English, but where I'm very comfortable fighting and struggling with the language, so...

I did managed to do some cleaning though the other day! I was really proud of myself haha.

Overall I'm just feeling bleh. My migraines have come back(and worse) I couldn't get any sleep Saturday night and had to call in Sunday. Which...wasn't good. My boss told me that it was going to count against me (Which I completely understand. And the boss I talked to is really cool too.) I'm off today and tried to see if I could get in to see my doctor but I can't until tomorrow. And I have work from 10-6., My appointment is at 2:30 so I'm trying to get the will power to call today and ask if I can go in early so I can leave early. But I'm scared...and I have no idea why. It's the depression....
