I'm glad you brought this up! It would definitely give people more reason to retire characters and try other ones, I think. Though there's nothing to say that you have to do that either.

do you have a particular way of auditioning in mind? Would there be a scenario where you don't get your ability/someone else would get it? Would it be kind of an approved/rejected kind of thing? Sorry, just trying to get ideas!
