I also like the idea of shape-shifting though...or water-bending.

Flying, I know it's really not "superhero", but who wouldn't want to be able to fly like Superman.

I would like the ability to stop and restart time, so those moments you don't want to loose last just a bit longer.

Fire and heat waves (despite hating being too hot) I just think it would be pretty useful- could use it for offense obviously and defense in some sort of "firewall" and people would always want to get close to me when it is cold or I could push them away by turning up the heat.

shapeshifting. because it would be awesome to see how it feels to be different people and to see how other people react to you depending on what you look like.

I came in to say flight, but then I saw someone else wrote "Shape Shifting. Because shape shifting," and I found myself nodding in full agreement.

as a kid my answer to this was "the power to have any superpower i want and also give any super power i want to someone else without losing that super power" or something - it seemed very complicated as a child so i'm sure there are another few details that i've forgotten ¯(ツ)/¯

now i think invisibility is my go to answer, but only if clothes im wearing or things im holding are also affected by invisibility or else it isn't as cool. shapeshifting is probably a close second but again the clothes are an issue.

This is a hard question. I think I would go the shape-shifting route but not in the traditional sense. I would want to the ability to change the perception of others in regards to myself, what I look like, if I can be seen at all, my voice etc. I wouldn't physically change.

Or...the ability to create a temporary fantasy world to escape into. If that isn't pushing a "power" too far lol

Super strength... It seems like it would be the most useful in my everyday life. Apparently I'm very practical when it comes to superpowers. LOL
