I never actually knew PayPal even did credit checks?? Unless you were like.. applying for their credit card.

But you should be able to use this option if you can use PayPal to check out on other websites. 😄

it's still there:

did you click the buy button after the paypal window closed? nothing actually goes through until you click that button. and the message is just telling you that paypal is going to give us your billing address (which it always has).
