Post today's now-fixed error where mass-shop-transfer just didn't work, mass-shop-transfers from deprecatedshop to newshop loses all price data. It took me a few hours to fix my prices and only then did it occur to me that I didn't have to do this before and so this is probably a bug to report. If you've been working on this this may have already been fixed.
Had same issue today, now I'm stuck with like 12 pages of unpriced things :x

I moved items from old to new shop for the first time today and they didn't get priced. Also not, once the batch move had been fulfilled.
Same here. I moved some stuff from old shop to new one a few hours ago and all pricing info was lost in the transfer.
Happened to me on chrome too. Now I get to reprice like 2,000 unique items. Yaaaay. (/s)
Does anybody know, if this has been fixed - I don't want to move anything from my legacy shop atm?
I just tested it. Still not working.
It's a shame; I have 800-odd items left in one of my old shops that I'd really rather not price up again. I'd quite like to know if it's coming back or not so I can get a little further out of old shop limbo.
Thanks! :)
It almost seems like they've again gone on a small (hopefully!!!) hiatus concerning the shops - I've looked up several of the threads and nobody has posted on them or resolved any of the issues for a long while. It's disconcerting. And not much fun playing the site right now. I wished they'd finally start sticking to a problem - and just one at a time.
I don't think it was ever intended to preserve price data, unfortunately. :/ That's why they gave us the free 1 week GA so we could auto-price our stuff after transferring it.

Yet after we complained, they changed it so, that the price would transfer with the items. If there was no intention of keeping it that way, they would have been obliged to tell us it was only temporary. Transferring huge shops will take for ever, and might be done batch by batch, so the price transfer is still necessary. I don't see, how an autopricer would have helped us there, esp. if you look at the ridiculous prices it spits out, since we want to keep our deliberately chosen prices.
Quite honestly I am so sick of having to speculate, what and if they will do e v e n t u a l l y , when they keep torturing us with endless periods of non communication and unresponsiveness after ambushing us with a (less than) half-baked project.
Soooo many questions of sooo many people still unaddressed.
I know, they posted, that they are reading through all of our concerns here, but it might have been a good idea to make a checklist: List all the questions (and suggestions), so we at least know, they have been noted and simply put a "in the works", "thinking of a solution", "don't know how to handle yet" etc. next to each. That would be soothing.
hmm. the prices SHOULD be moving (and did whenever i and others tested it) with the instance of the item that's moved immediately. the only time i noticed this happen before was when the immediately-moved-item got sold before the queued items got placed in the shop, because then the price data was removed, too.
there's unfortunately not an easy way to include prices in the queue itself, but if the first item being moved isn't being priced, either, there's definitely a problem to figure out here.
I've just moved 3 or 4 batches with the first coming in a bit earlier than the rest and none were priced.
Since my deprecatedshop is so huge and sold heavily and the deprecatedshop Shop History was disabled at the time of posting and the newshop Shop History quits after fifty, there would be no way for me to tell if any particular one item was sold or was likely to sell based on my snapshot of current market performance.
In the time that I first posted this, I'm still in the process of moving all my unpriced items from my deprecatedshop to my newshop. Now that I know that price data is intended to transfer, for the rest of my items I will wait patiently. Thank you for your help on this .
It definitely isn't a case of the first item being bought before the others are transferred, especially with queue wait times being so short these days. Moving a stack of a single item, all of them turn up in the new shop, just without the price.
It worked beautifully until the old shops were disabled, so it's presumably related to that.
thank you! if it worked before disabling old shops and that's when it broke, that's a place i can start looking. :)
okay this should be fixed but i don't have a legacy shop anymore to test it myself! if someone would try a small queue batch and report back that'd be great <3
I tested with a small batch (10ish items) and it seems to be working now! This fix is a great help with moving my stuff to the new shops, thank you so much :)
I tried a couple of transfers (one with one item and another with about seven), and I can also confirm that it does the thing again. Thank you so much!
perfect, thank you for letting me know!
