Quick question - I would love an overlay, but the character has no reference or design sheet. Can you work from descriptions? I have an HA for this character, so I can provide a color scheme and description. But if you only work from references, I will have to pass until I can finish the ref.

Additional info: Sorry, his design has changed a bit since the last art I have. eue The colors are the same though. No necklace (the red thing around the neck) and no mask; he also has some fire in his feathers, if that's okay? -- the third ref has the jewelry on his tail and the (very technical term here) little glowy orbs sticking out of his neck feathers (they look like the ones on this birb), and small horns. He likes cinnamon and usually has cinnamon stick on him if that helps with posing.
