the "ALL" button does nothing when I click it

Been away for awhile. A friend says to hurry back and transfer my shop or else! lol So here I am tryingto catch up
Problem- Created new shop Tried to hit the "ALL" button in old shop to transfer items to new shop, the button does nothing when I click it.
Individual ALL buttons under each items do not work either.
then I geta notice that 0 of my items were succesfully moved. lol
Please help. I am in panic mode I will losse all my things!

The all button doesn't just remove everything. What it does is max out the numbers on the item...so if you had 15 vesnali antlephore plushies in your shop, it will mark 15 of those to be removed. You still have to go to the bottom and tell it where you want it moved.

- you won't lose anything. No shops or items will be deleted, you just can't add anything new to them.
Once you hit select all, you need to scroll to the bottom of the page and select where you want to move them to, then click process prices and removals.
Odd...did all that and nothing happend. Kept telling me that I had moved ZERO "0" items succesfully.
But now that I posted it worked!
