- I've tried the Phoenix Quill several times already - and yes, it has no attack stats so can't be used alone against the Troll. Also - it's only once per battle. Unlikely to be helpful here.

I actually went through and bought most of page 17. :P So I am totally fine doing 20 and 17, 17 has a couple 8+ mil items too, so I didn't mind investing in them.
