Honestly, I think there should be a sP fee to show the lowest price for a non-GA. I would be fully in support of this if I didn't have a GA and wouldn't mind paying it. Yes you'd still be hand-pricing, but this way, at least, it'd still make it a reason to have it instead of it just being given.

I support making 'show lowest price' available for non-GAs. Make it an achievement perk, have an sP cost associated, limit it to once a day, or just make it freely available; any of those options seem reasonable to me.
Posting my suggestion here~
so with the new shop limits my shops are extremely quickly full and I almost reached the maximum amount of items I can store 4*2000=8000 items. I absolutely don't have the time to manually price all the items in the shops and I soon don't know what to do with all those items, except for buying a Gold account.
The thing is, I don't need all the other perks of the gold account, I only want to autoprice my shops, so the gold account is way too expensive then especially because I only use the autopricer once every 2 month or so...
what if we could pay for just autopricing the shops? like, 10 million SP or something?
No way! Autopricing should remain a GA-only perk.
Can you suggest some? "There should be new ones" isn't a suggestion.
This seems like the best solution to me as well
they/them/theirs, please.
I agree showing the lowest price for non-ga's makes sense. I don't need the rest of the GA perks. Honestly, I want to avoid the quest ones if anything. I just want to be able to price my shop without going back and forth between shop tabs. It's a huge time consumer and a pain in the behind to do, honestly.
Showing the lowest price to everybody seems very reasonable, considering it just saves people one click and doesn't erase the handpricing.
But autopricing is a GA perk and with so many changes recently having a gold account becomes less and less desirable, autopricing being one of the few main perks people consider it for.
I think it's more important to think of new perks rather to take away the few useful ones.
I think I agree with some of the above as well. Allow non GA users to see the lowest prices, but still not have the autopricer. That way their life is a little easier without taking away the incentive to get a GA. Although more perks for GA wouldn't hurt either.
Either it being a once a day view, or the SP price sounds fine to me. It could make for a good SP sink as well which seems to be something the staff wants anyway. But not too much SP for it cause then it might not be worth it for the profits gained. Maybe 1 free one per day, and then if they wanna do it again then it charges SP? I know some people would like to price their stuff more than once in a day.. Hmm.
I think 10 mil as was suggested above is far too steep. Even with my free daily autoprice I don't get that much from my shop, and I doubt most people would get enough profit within 24 hours of spending that kind of SP would even get enough profit to make that even remotely worth it.
Now unless that was a "pay 10mil 1 time to get a daily autopricer for say, a week or 2? That I can say would be reasonable. I know I can make enough profit in that amount of time to make a 10mil sink reasonable though I personally still wouldn't want to, but it is more reasonable than 10mil per autoprice.
Ik now I'll keep my GA either way as I have too many items to price that by hand even with being able to see the lowest prices on a non-GA. I appreciate my autoprice too much. XD
But we certainly need a way to encourage non-GA users to price more and therefore move their items out more so they aren't sitting stagnant in the system.
I don't understand how a "once per day" lowest price system would work. Is it on a timer so you have x amount of time to price your shop? Are you allowed to view the lowest prices once per day per page? That sounds really complicated to implement.
I still support just making it available, but an sP price tag to make the prices show up for 24 hours sounds okay. Maybe 2.5m instead of 10m. Even if you only do it once a week, you can still make the 10m back off of those prices, but it's more of a risk. 2.5m (or an even 3m) sounds a lot better, considering non-GA users have smaller shop limits already and there's still a bit of a risk that you won't make that back, or much more than that.
"pay 10mil 1 time to get a daily autopricer for say, a week or 2" people def would not be buying GAs anymore considering they are worth wayyyyyy more than that now 😂
No for autopricing for non-GAs Yes for viewing lowest prices in shops for everyone (fuck I just wanna find and remove all my items under 10k without having to buy a GA that is literally all I want just let me do the thing okay I still need to empty my hoard)
I'd probably support selling autopricing separately from a GA if it came with a CSC price tag and the GA perk wasn't changed. People pay 25 CSC a pop for autotraining, so why not autopricing too. As an example, using it once a week it would cost 100 CSC/month: significantly less than a month's GA, but still actual money in the site's cash box. If a person would like to use it more often, buying a GA with free daily autopricing would be much more practical.
But selling autopricing for sP would just be a bad move financially. Like says:
I could support non-ga's seeing lowest shop price but only if there is a SP price associated with it and it was temporary not a 24 hour thing but like 3 days with a visible timer. Even that "perk" would be disruptive enough to cause a decline in GA buying. For those who want to hand price the lowest shop price can be a huge benefit, to those who are lazy to begin with then who cares. However yes there should be new benefits added to the GA that affects different "cliques" in the community wardrobe lovers, battlers, pet people, Restockers .etc .etc. Brainstorming those would better justify any sort of changes to GAs.
Just wanted to point out that 1 week gold account medals are usually around 15-16 million in user shops, so this is already an option. The autoprice system doesn't need to be changed at all, I think. You can make more than 16 mill in a week of autopricing PLUS extra quests, so it does pay for itself, at least for now. I only ever buy week long GAs anymore.
For a potential new GA perk, what about the ability to exclude something from Pound searches? We have the 'name includes' option, and can pick a species or color, but what if I wanted to exclude pets that were Bloodred, and see the rest? Or filter out pets that had numbers in their name?
Right now there's ~100 pets in the pound, which honestly isn't a lot. But there's no way that I can see to just go page by page, you're stuck with refreshing or the existing search options.
Four additional options: Name doesn't include (with checkboxes): space | numbers | underscores Name doesn't include (with textbox): search string Colors except (dropdown) Species except (dropdown)
