So, I have on in my wardrobe, and it appeared on my HA throughout the site just fine until today. Noting else seems to be missing but the mask, but sometimes on certain forum posts the mask shows up again... Is this happening to anyone else?

You probably don't have enough face slots then. A normal account only starts with 2 slots per layer. You can buy more up to 5 I believe.
