Overlay description: Heart-shaped antlers. A bit slimmer with a tapered curl in on one said. Delicate. White. Maybe with some pretty details like flowers or lace or something, or just plain antlers.

Chii wig from Chobits/Clamp would be super adorable.
4 changes could be: Different bead shape and/or color, ears shaped differently, different shade of light-blonde hair, bangs could be parted a bit differently, the ear color can be different, etc.. I would like to keep most of the same length (some refs are longer, some shorter, but it is generally the full length of her height) I can come up with more changes if needed.
I also wouldn't be opposed to getting a held doll-version of this, I generally don't wear toys and such, but if there was ever an item I'd think is cute as a companion/toy, it would be Chibi Chii:

4 changes to the dress: (Bow can be removed, though I think it's super cute with it), different shade pink, though the pink is cute, different corsetting/bowing in the front, can remove either the sleeves or shoulder thing but preferably not both, I like the low neckline, the frilling/fraying can be changed, and even possibly remove the underskirt bits, since it won't be much of it anyway, but that can be left in if you like it. I think thats a good amount of changes, but I could always try to come up with more.

You're very creative so i think you'll have a better idea of what's best. I just want color in these areas of the exposed skin...

I'm just not sure how it might come out on male HAs because i think it could be great for a summer look..almost like a sunkissed kind of look. Sorry if I'm terrible at explaining it. If you feel that only the cleavage area would be suitable, thats fine too instead of the belly area. I just love pale skin tones and just wanted some color in areas that arent covered by the body blushes on site. c:

4 Changes:
- Change the color so that it's pure white like instead of bluey white like it is in the pic
- Add a pearl to the area where the heart closes
- Add a pearl in between the second and third pearl at the bottom
- Add a moon to the center jewel of the tiara
I made a quick edit pic because I realize most of those changes make little sense the way I said them haha (sorry about that ^_^). Hope this helps:

@ Violin OMG. that you're willing to give it a try just made my day. ^^ my schedule is all sorts of weird right now though so I don't think I'd be able to catch a livestream at a decent time, otherwise I would totally go for it. c': (I'm sorry if the refs are too complicated ;; they wouldn't need to be as fancy curl at the bottom. sorry I just woke up so I doubt any of this makes sense)
editing again to add I also found some random manga girls with similar styles that might be easier to go off of? idk. I found a site that let me search specifically for pigtails lol
