It's Mesmer's release, but recolors are based off of how much interest the initial one garners (this is looking like it has a good chance for additional colors). Got you slotted!
Only full batches get submitted via the batching system, so if any batches don't fill in full, the item gets moved to Mesmer's cw shop. I don't have a way to guarantee that the last batch will fill at this time. You'll be in batch 3 which shouldn't go out for a little bit if that's alright? The item still needs to be submitted and approved.
