This has already been reported and they are looking into it. Sorry I can't do more!

Just reiterating what Destiny said -- the issue has been reported and programmers are looking into it! I think it might have something to do with the avatar server, because something like this has happened in the past and that was the root before. I'll let you guys know (or have a programmer post) when we know more :)

Ha! The minute I post, I got new information. It did have something to do with the avatar server. I don't know the proper technical terms, but basically the avatar server was full. is setting up another one to help with that for the holiday. :)
