the problem is always the same: the lack of communication! I know that Destiny reported it, I want to see someone of Subeta staff that come here and tell us something about! As I have red in another thread someone filed a ticket and they answered that a programmer will look into. Now it's from yesterday morning, so it's about two days a NONE told us something...this is what I blame! Immagine to be people that bought CW for lots of real money and want to use the item for they have paid, I would be furious!

That's true, but after the shitstorm that was Luminaire you'd think the staff would have learned to keep someone about and in contact with the userbase :c Especially when they've already had to take the site down.

- not here - the picture doesn't actually show, but if I open it in a new tab, then you are fully dress there - ball gown and all. Your HA on this forum is still in underwear. Software can be tricky, so I'm hoping these details will be helpful to anyone trying to work on the bug.

So this is why my HA is missing its eyes and sunglasses. Darn it, my HA is suppose to be Ahchoo not Blinkin.

I tried to change my outfit since mine had no boots and half the time had no pants. However, my avatar won't display the new outfit. I've tried this in Chrome and Firefox, so I don't think it's the cashe.

BTW, thank you to the kind stranger who sent the considerate anonymous gift to lighten the mood of this situation.

I tried to change my mask and not only is the old one still in place, I'm naked aside from a scarf. >_>; Glad it's not just me with these issues!

I popped in here to thank the Dancing Peeper as well. The disappearance of the clothes does seem a lot funnier now 😄 In the beginning it was just annoying but thanks to them I'm now imagining a ballroom full of confused, half naked people.

my third try I found something that shows up, but if you think that i have a cloack on the suit....

i think that based on the responses on this thread, and how widespread and varied the issue is for everyone, the staff is very much aware of the inconvenience and upset that this glitch is causing, and are working hard to fix things in as timely a manner as they can.

i think it would be good to keep in mind, before posting multitudinous times about dissatisfaction with the process, that it IS still a process and it takes time to code and re-code and fix bugs while keeping the rest of the site functional.

and as has been said before, this is a holiday weekend, and at its core subeta is not a paid premium site - we can't expect the staff to jump and fix problems instantaneously, especially with what looks to be a doozy of coding on their end. and other server issues (like the fatal errors that were causing all sorts of problems more serious than invisible clothing) have already had staff up at all hours, putting the site down for maintenance to protect its users and working as fast as possible to get it up again. but that still resulted in a huge influx of tickets, most of which are still being dealt with because this is all happening at once.

so, i would suggest just. trying to consider the veritable nightmare that this turns into when every other comment in bug threads is along the lines of "you aren't doing enough" - the people running this site are still people, and i'm sure if they took time out of their attempts to fix problems to keep us updated every step of the way, it would take twice as long.

Finally! Our clothes and facial features have returned! Now to get back to our regularly scheduled dancing XD
