Yes there are some minion-weapon combos.

and some of the other Matters are weapons, and I've seen some other random ones while going through quest prizes and stuff.

Why is Succulent Skull on the "Make Edible" list?

It is a skull with succulents around/inside it... Doesn't seem very tasty to me :P

(I know "succulent" is also a food term, but here it seems pretty clearly to refer to the succulent plants, not the skull?)
