I'm actually getting this when trying to turn in a Dark Moonrock for Sarah's quest. When I don't actually get the fatal error, my Moonrock disappears, and I am told, "Oh No! You don't have all the items required for this quest!"

Got it while playing Random, so couldn't leave an alert, not sure I got anything from it either. The fruit tree whose name is far too long to remember, and just now when trying to collect my wages at the job agency, every single page, I refreshed as doing so at the tree had still given me the fruit, but my money hasn't changed and it said that I had already collected today... so I'm out a fair bit.

Denying a dance worked fine for me. (Don't worry. It was someone on the Denied Dance Achievement thread.)

Everything else seems pretty iffy though, so I'm going to return to Subeta after a few hours of waiting.
