Dance Buff not decreasing time?

Yes hello. I've gotten the buff twice now and not had decreased dance times so I don't know whats wrong but please fix? ;.;

Same here! I've gotten three so far and my wait time between dances hasn't been lowered at all. Hoping this is resolved soon :/
I'm having the same problem. despite the buff I still have to wait for 5 minutes
I can confirm that this is happening for me as well.
Same problem here. I keep on getting the buff and I even have it right now, but I still have to wait 4-5 minutes. (I'm using Google Chrome on Windows.)

I doubt the browser has anything to do with it. But just in case I tested them all :P same problem.
I think the original wait time is longer, and the ~5min time is already reduced, possibly left from the end of Masque last year? If so, the buff would have no effect.

The wait time is meant to be 4-5 minutes with the dance buff. I'm looking into why the proper times aren't working for when you don't have the buff!

Okay, so I just pushed a change. I hope you guys all enjoyed those short 4-5 minutes ;) If you don't have the dance buff and dance with someone, you'll get the correct time (nothing over 15 minutes so don't worry about it being too bad). If you have the buff, you'll still get those sweet 4-5 dances! Once we get close to the end of the holiday, the buff and regular dance time will be decreased. :)
For those of you curious why this was broken, basically the buff (for some weird reason) was like a 1/1 chance? So it was just ... giving everyone the 4-5 minutes.
(If you don't have the dance buff and you're still getting 4-5 minutes, please ping me <3)

I remember 4-7 minute dance times in the previous 3 years I've done them and then a 1-3 minute quick feet buff :( this seems super long. I appreciate the fix but it almost made it less fun haha.
that's the ending time, like the last few days of dancing. It's never been that short at the start/throughout most of the holiday.
Thanks for clearing this issue up! I was actually wondering why I kept getting the buff practically every time I danced, though I definitely won't complain! But I'm a bit disappointed to learn that all those 4-5 minute wait times I was getting were due to an error with the buff occurring too frequently! 😭 😭
My thoughts exactly! I seriously thought I was experiencing some sort of error when I got a wait time of 14 minutes! It's really depressing to think that we can get wait times of up 15 minutes between dances! Right now I barely have an internet connection at home because my router is crapping out and I barely manage to get on subeta!
