You can only have 2 items per layer with a regular account unless you buy extra slots. Could this be the issue?

Did you have more face items on with the GA? Because I just tried the eyes on and they are showing up (they are under the mask but I can tell they are different than my normal ones).

You also have a lip ring which started showing up now that you have a GA again. You can buy an extra slot and the eyes should show.

You eye shadow is now showing since you removed the lip ring.

Hard refresh (ctrl + f5) and if that doesn't work, clear your browser's cache.
