Replacement of Baking Ingredients due to errors

A lot of people have burned their cookies cuz of the errors. Any way this could be fixed?
I didn't have any issues with errors and I was checking every second. I got the message saying they're done and I checked right away and I was told they burned! :(
The EXACT same thing happened to me. I can't make anything new because I am stuck on the burnt cookies. Every time I check, I get another burnt cookies. Nothing I do changes the page so I can even try again.

not actually an error, we're all just that bad at baking
not a bug and not related to 502s/504s.
how could they burn then? I checked immediately after I got the message and I was constantly refreshing! Something isn't right. They shouldn't be burnt a second after they're done! :(

Time has nothing to do with burning! The need help? page explains burning:

So the further you get, the less likely you are to burn things from lower levels! Right now everyone is a beginner, so yeah there will be a few burnt things. ;)
because it has nothing to do with timing. it has to do with your skill as a baker.
that was a bug (and a completely separate thing :P) with burning not actually ending the session! if you go back it will actually end (you'll either get another burnt cookie or a good cookie and you'll be able to start a new one.
honestly there should be a time limit before something's burned because there will be a lot of unhappy and even angry players otherwise. Just like there's a time limit for the gardens and seeds before the seed dies.
I just said timing has literally nothing to do with burning. :) It's about your skill level.

you can either delete them or file a ticket and a ua can delete them for you. :)
There is a percent chance of you burning something, some people are lucky and some people aren't. No one is going to be able to get to level 10 (or whatever) without burning at least one thing.
It's a random chance at the end of finishing cooking, so by definition, just a few people should be having it happen.
This is so that there is accomplishment that comes with leveling up your skill. The higher your skill, the less likely you are to burn things along the way :)
