The issue I have with the color palette is that I don't want some species to be red, some to be yellow, others to be blue, etc.

It annoys me so much with Nostalgic, where a pet I would have liked has unappealing colors. I don't mind two-tones, as long as all pets have the same color scheme.

I think they would be cool as jade crystal. There would be a consistent color scheme and maybe they could tie it in with the new land somehow. Like you have to obtain an item from Shengui Guo and use it in the Coda Caves or something.

I was thinking about what if pets came in a color that resembled glass. I love blown glass art with gold flakes or marbling.

If Subeta had a crystal color, I'd like it to be based on minerals like muscovite, with the rock matrix included.

I honestly think the crystal pets would be their own unique colors. And the pets wouldn't be made of crystal themselves but would have them growing out of them like with glade.

As a glassblower, this intrigues me. I do like gemstones as well but glass is so much more versatile.

Hey peeps, think of this. If we get a glassy/crystal pet color, why can't it be a basic silvery or opalesque color with a limited range of minerals that could be mixed into the formula for creating said color that would tint the final product for your pet?

Because while a crystalline color would be cool, I'm not sure we need like 6-8 variations of a crystalline color.

Eh, I just thought it would be cool in the sense that quartz can come in umpteen colors plus it could be some sort of "if I want my pet this type of crystal I need x mineral to help create it". I'm not really pushing for it too hard though.

anytime someone tries to broaden out a pet color it no longer is a pet color, it's a bunch of overlay suggestions.

If Crystalline gets made and someone doesn't like the color a pet comes in (whatever it is) they can overlay it.

I love the coda caves colors, they're pretty much what I was thinking of when I suggested the cave pet color a while back. So I'd be down for this

but if they did do this with each species' common color, I'd humbly suggest some small gem shards stuck on in accent colors because some of these pets would be unspeakable bland in all one color
