you just post here with your interest, then after sign ups close I send out a small application to fill out, then I chose people based off of their answers on their application :) It's very low stress, i'm not super duper picky.

for some reason I don't have your special ability listed... can you remind me which one you have? Is it animagus?

No, we may get 10 people or 100 people sign up for a tryout, but only one will be chosen! Everyone gets to tryout that signs up :)
