Heyo, all!
I've been here for about two years, but it's only been recently.. like, in the last month.. that I've gotten into Subeta nearly full-time (as much as one can be with a hobby)! I'm here to introduce myself, of course, as I think this is a very, very long overdue step for me to take, all in order to get integrated with the site and the community.
My SN is exosomniac, but you can call me Andy!
I am a 23 year old transman, I'm originally from Mississippi, and I work as a graphic illustration artist. I sometimes freelance with editing wedding photos! I'm partnered to a wonderful human-being named Silas, and we've been friends for six years, together for three.
I'm unorthodox / non-denominational Christian, liberal, and asexual-panromantic. I'm a firm believer in parapsychology and psychology, both of which I have fascinations with! I also collect taxidermy, I roleplay, and I pride myself on trying unique foods! As a truthful reassurance, I would like to say I'm an animal-lover and that all my taxidermy specimens are specifically from no-kill sources.
Chinchillas and Virginia opossums are my favourite animals. My favourite games are Fable and Neverwinter.. I love RPG simulators! I love tattoos, piercings and body-mods, but sadly, I'm terribly scared of needles.
So, with all that said, I think I'm going to stop here before it sounds like I'm creating an entire autobiography. I am so sorry if I seem awkward, but that's probably because I am! I'm a little intimidated to be social in an entirely new environment, so please be gentle. :3
Thank you, and I can't wait to become part of your community!
P.S: my favourite parts of Subeta so far? The Coliseum and Achievements system. Oh, and DEFINITELY the Wardrobe!
Welcome to Subeta! Feel free to ask if you've any questions ^__^
What kind of taxidermy is considered no-kill, may I ask? As in the animal passed from natural causes? I don't know much about taxidermy so it's interesting to hear that aspect about it :)

Yes! No-kill means the animal wasn’t hunted or sourced specifically for taxidermy reasons. This includes scavenging from animals that have passed naturally. :) I love animals so much!
I can’t even fish because I cry every time a fish gets hooked. I know fish have pain receptors, so although I don’t judge those who do hunt and fish (I have no right to, I’m a huge carnivore, aha), I just can’t do it myself. I feel bad for the little things!
Taxidermy is one of my biggest passions, though. I love it. I love it for biology reasons AND for identification purposes. You would be seriously surprised if you could see what a doberman and a chihuahua look like, side by side. They’re both dogs, but they may as well be aliens in comparison to one another!
Thank you for the offer of questions and answers. I think I’m going to really enjoy my time here. w You're free to message me anytime you'd like to talk, or even to know more about taxidermy! Or just to discuss your own hobbies. :D
