If you file a ticket, a UA may be able to look into this for you!

Most times if it is something you need to be reimbursed (like for you, a skin) then a ticket is usually best. I can at least leave this open until I know you have a resolution!

You had to have the classic virus still when the skin system came out to get it OR you had to have gotten it since then. It was not retroactive when it was released.
