I'm willing to bet that most people just kiss the person above them and then disappear until their timer is up so they never notice.

Yeah I figured this wasn't really something they could "fix", it's just lag because of the crazy amount of people posting all at the same time.

Thanks for mentioning the glitch. I didn't realize the person above me might change if reloaded. Yesterday and today, I've been double-kissed quite a few times, which means at least a few people were unintentionally skipped. I'm going to have to pay more attention when I post.

I don't know if you participated in the snowball tournament earlier this month, but the team topics on the survival board are a lot less hectic. People can post just to say they smooched the above or ask questions about survival and discuss the developing strains. Everyone gets kissed if they post. The kisses just take longer. I'm not sure if there are any other small groups with topics there or not.

@ Stellar This is happening far too often this time. You always get those deadbeats, but now it's gotten ridiculous. What I do is edit my post, ping them and ask them not to forget me. The rest of the board is a page or 2 ahead so they're the only one who'll see what you edit. If that doesn't work I will simply bide my time and wait until they're ahead of me. I'll go back to my edited post (it's easy to find using INTERACT/FORUMS/RECENT POSTS) and ping them again telling them "Sorry, I kissed the one above you since you just don't know how to play fairly". I haven't had to use that yet, but right now I have someone who skipped me so I'm watching for them. Sometimes 'life' happens and they get back to you the next day. It's those who keep claiming and don't follow through that are the cheaters and they're the ones who need to be dealt with.

aww thank you for the kisses! Yes I'm a total Bernie nut. I'm so disappointed though that young people aren't going to their primaries and caucuses and voting. I think he would be doing better if the younger generation got out more. :) Can't wait for my state's primaries. /nerd

My state caucus is in less than 2 weeks. ^^ I'm 22 and am getting out to vote. More young kids are fanatical about him than you might think.

edit: when Hillary cheated her way to the Vermont win I cried for an hour straight. I kind of love him and think of him as our only legitimate hope.

I'm so proud of you and while Bernie is definitely winning the young demographics, there's not enough of the young people getting out and voting! Please take your friends with you when you go caucus. Side note, I'm so glad I don't live in a caucus state. It seems such an archaic way of doing things. In my state we do primaries which is just an electronic ballot like the general election. And this is my first year voting because I only became a US citizen in July. I'm pretty darned excited to be getting to vote for the first time during this historical election.

I hate to admit I cried when HRC won the recent primary/caucus as well- although I think you might mean Nevada and not Vermont? I don't think Vermont has gone yet, and Bernie is practically a shoe-in for Vermont! Also I completely agree with what you said about him being our chance for hope. I'm so tired of the system. I think my life is the epitome of what is bad with America- I work full time for well over minimum wage but my husband and I are looking to lose our home in the very near future since he has a mental disorder that is keeping him from working. I just can't afford to keep the house with only my earnings and I can't even afford to keep an apartment with what I earn. We're most likely going to be homeless before 2016 is out. D:

I have a sweet Bernie bumper sticker that he gave away for free maybe about a year and a half ago but I live in the part of the country where you don't want to put a Bernie sticker on your car for fear of it being vandalized. It's very unfortunate! I just stuck it in my journal instead.

I sort of wish that Subeta would release some election related items. I think stickers and plushies and stuff. One for each big name candidate.

I'll be bffs with any Bernie supporter. ^^ In my book you're already pretty much family. I have a bumper cling too that I mounted on my car and while I live in TN (Bible belt) I haven't experienced any vandalism thankfully.

Election related items would be the cat's pajamas.

I wanted to get you something from your wishlist but everything I saw was superrrr expensive so I picked a random seasonal sticker, I hope you liked the one I picked. :) Ack bible belt, that's even worse than where I live. I live in the northern state than most wants to be a part of the south (Indiana). We're super religious, red and conservative. And when I say we I mean they. I think when we end up being homeless we'll head west where things are more progressive.

I have plans to move NW to Washington in a year or two. I can't stand the overzealous police force here and how everyone thinks your business is somehow theirs. And yes, religious and conservative are the two banes of my existence. Dx Being an atheist with "radical" ideas in a place like this is borderline dangerous. And bless your heart, I've heard my fair share of abysmal people and ideas coming out of Indiana. It truly is like an Alabama plopped in the North.

I've been skipped lots of times on those boards, most likely due to the shifting posts. Sorry you really seem to be getting the short end of the stick! Maybe try just finding a kissing partner? someone to trade kisses with up as your timer allows. I typically do that myself with friends and forget the boards/posting altogether. I've mostly just been kissing randomly lately with a "user above you" thrown in now and then to spice things up. I guess I don't care enough to have a kissing partner, which someone mentioned above in this thread as well. Great idea but I think I will pass.
