No worries. I think what I've seen others do is make a similar color, but understandable since it's the same color as the previously submitted hair.

I've seen that too, I'm waiting on an answer on my ticket an then will see what I can do, if a similar color is possible or if I should just not make anything close to black at all.

I definitely wish I would've seen the rule written somewhere, but I am glad to have found out through friends so I could make a ticket and see what to do.

Yeah, I think they have some rules like that that isn't actually written anywhere, which is irritating. I think that re-shading the same cw is more of a new 'trend' so there hasn't been real any clear-written rules about it. I can understand it since it's the same exact hair- if I would you, I would go with some sort of fade, where it's either lighter at the top or at the bottom w/ like a medium gray or something just to make it different, but still black in a way. =)
