“Apparently I’m guna be spending time with these bros.” Fade beamed across at Magnus and Gaia in response to Millie’s question. “The sooner my mom is contacted the better… How fast can owls fly exactly?” Home wasn’t terribly far from Hogwarts, but Fade’s mother was spending time overseas with a few of her muggle friends. “Maybe we can ask a Professor if I would be allowed to use my cell phone.” Chewing his lip Fade wondered where the best place to get reception would be. Generally most muggle devices inexplicably ceased functioning while on the Hogwarts grounds. "Have you got any plans Millie?" Fade reached to let Cleo sniff his hand before he pet her head.

Magnus couldn't help beaming. To Millie he said, "Looks like I'm gonna 'ave a spot o' company. You? Hmm, we could run down to the kitchens and use the flew network," he said thoughtfully to Fade.

Harper waved in greeting to Millie ().

"I am just planning on spending some time with my family. We don't have anything really big planned. Abigail is still too little to go anywhere and there isn't really anyone that could look after her for more than a day or two. I'm looking forward to reading a couple of books that aren't textbooks."

"That all sounds really nice. I'm waiting for my parents to come fetch me. I'm going to Germany to visit my grandparents for the next week and a half."

"oh that sounds like fun," Magnus said. "Doing anything special with them?"

"I'm not sure yet. We usually have a big family dinner the last night. I'm going to have lunch with my friend/ crush, Emmett. He goes to Durmstrang".

(ooc - sorry for the delay. I've had a crazy week. I haven't even had time to enjoy the event)

Eloise smiled meekly and Millie, "my family and I are heading to Iceland for a little while, however I would much rather stay with my grandmother and learn about herbology from her....are you doing anything nice this break?"

"ohh, Iceland. It looks so pretty there. As of now, we're having a big family dinner and I'm having lunch with my friend Emmett. I have a crush on him" Millie giggled. "He is in his 5th year at Durmstrang. Do you have any plans for your trip to Iceland?"

"Do you think he likes you back? Maybe something will happen between you two over the break! That would really be lovely" Eloise beamed brightly and took another bite of her food. "We are exploring some ancient caves, it was my brother's idea - he's the adventurous one out of the two of us"

"I think he does. We write to each other a lot and he always responds quickly. Even when he is busy. I hope so. We've been friends for a long time. Ohh, that sounds fun!"
