Could she maybe be leaning on her axe/halberd while grinning/smirking? Or maybe she could have it thrown over her shoulders? She has a pretty laid-back/cheerful personality, so as long as that's reflected in her body language I'm pretty easy.

As for Taint, what kind of 'mood' did you want her to have? I know she's supposed to be infected, but were you looking for a victim type look or perhaps a malicious vibe where she knows she can infect others? If you have any further ideas for her, please let me know!
