You put in the effort for ONE skin, not ALL skins. You chose which skin you wanted and you invested in THAT skin, not any of the others.

And as someone mentioned, the diluted strains were from the bobblehead collections. The last row of bobbleheads for the first set is over 100 mil to complete. The ONLY difference between the diluted strains and unlocking the real virus is the fact that one can be sold on to other users.

I am popping back to say I would LOVE some of the stages of the Exuberant/Doom Bloom?? virus so badly Please let me throw monies at this to have these stages forever ouo

Im totally here to support this idea as well. I honestly forgot all about Rachelle so this is a great way to bring life back to her. And I also fully support it being connected to which virus strains you already have unlocked in your wardrobe. It would be super irritating to see others who have not invested the time into unlocking a strain that I did invest the time into unlocking, just running around with pieces of it, thats not cool.

I like this idea. :3 I agree with about it making more sense lore-wise if it were stages of strains we already own. Like said, this would really be a perk.

Full support! I would love this as some of the viruses i've had in the past have had awesome stages that I have wished I could stay at.

EDIT: Agree that the pre-full-strains should be exclusive to people who've earned the strain. But, I would give anything to have next-to-last lovebug. ANYTHING.

So much support! I've wanted the "tattoo" from Butterfly Bruise since my strain progressed past it all the way back when it originally released. Now that I've got Love Bug I wish I could keep these adorable heart freckles forever.

I especially love the idea of unlocking access to them by progressing through/already having unlocked the virus. I managed to get 4 skins last year so assuming this year (and future years) are similar it won't be that hard to get your favorites.

This would be awesome so long as they were viruses we've already unlocked! I really liked "Glowing" (Bright Bite?)'s earlier forms (the little gooey moth was kind of cute) but I'm not sure I like where it's heading. XD

I'd love this, seriously! I'd also totally dig a redeemable last stage skin. If I could keep its last stage forever in my Wardrobe and could use it until I die of old age, I'd be so so so happy. ;o;

I'm all for this but only if you've taken the time to get the ENTIRE strains in question in all stages first. Just being able to grab certain pieces without having taken the time to go through the stages of the infection in question isn't fair to those that actually took the time and effort to do so. I get what Wolf is saying about things being open and equal, but in this case that just wouldn't work!
