- would love to hear more about your mom. Can you tell me what technology she invented? I will say that I can use smartphones and other current technology without any help (except, sometimes for the manual), I just don't always choose to. When it comes to that, I'm more likely to be giving than getting help, so guess I'm not like your mom in that way. Still, I'm super impressed with all of the people that helped create the internet.

LOL this is actually the first time I've ever done a group ping.

If any of you are interested, I saw that Team Nature created a forum over in the Small Talk forum (The Tree Huggers) so that they can catch up with each other and they invited Team BFF to join them. We had a great competition with them so I thought I'd spread the word :)

This was a fun event :)

[-Guru] Really late reply ^^; I probably haven't been the best at replying for the past 24ish hours xD You had more faith in my computer than I. I mean really the amount of times it had to shut down and update and restart and omg x.x It felt like the days of dialup. And just when I was finally making progress the timer was counting down to the end of the event xP If it had ran til tonight /maybe/ I could have pushed through all my stuff but even now I think MY systems want to shut down xD I am glad my computer seems to be working well enough for me to trust running iTunes and Chrome (which I downloaded just for this event) at the same time. xD At the time you pinged me I was counting the minutes til it had to shutdown again lol Before I was having issues with every item I turned in. Course prior to this, the last time I turned on my computer was July 5, 2014 so it just needed like three days to wake up. You did an awesome job and thank you so much for cheering us on! It really did help! <3 You were totally like team cheerleader! x3

WoW, I haven't heard about that internet in ages lol. You still did great though, having to go through all those issues, and being able to still make an awesome donation, I am even more impressed. Not to mention having to go through your hoard shop, must have been a real challenge in itself, under the circumstances. I use Chrome as well. I didn't realize you had not turned it on for that long of a period. I'm glad it all worked out for you, and that you were able to do what was necessary for the team, but more importantly, you never gave up through it all. Thank you so much, the team was a great one to be a part of. You too did a most wonderful job yourself. Cheerleader I don't know if I can still do the splits ~ 😉 ~

[@ Me-Guru] Everyone was seriously a rockstar :D Oh I don't have dialup but I was having flashbacks to it xD haha When you click and wait and don't know if anything is happening lol It worked well today so I think all the kinks may be worked out. haha Thanks ^^; I still had like 179 pages left but arrrrghhh it's so hard moving items out! I stopped using it because it hurt my eyes too much and I was losing my sight but I'm on the mend now and have shades that reduce the stress on my eyes. I've been mainly on mobile and borrow the use of a computer here and there (mainly to change my HA) when I can so my computer has been in hibernation hehe haha Well don't pull anything trying xD I've never been able to do that. Legs just don't seem to like being that far apart lol My sis was a cheerleader. :)

~ I agree! Yes, they are ~ :) ~ I didn't think you had dialup, just when you mentioned it, I too, got a flashback of a friend who did have it. That's good to hear, glad it's working out for you! I agree, I don't know exactly how many pages I have in my gallery, but each day I too, go through trials and tribulations trying to add and remove items from there, so I understand completely ~ :( ~ I just don't know how you or anyone else can do it on a phone, the screen is so small, even if you have a phone with a larger screen like a Galaxy Note 5, it;s still very small in my opinion, and that alone would blind me even more..LOL. Nice to hear you're able to get some type of access to a computer, so that your able to at least change your HA's. By the way, your HA is very awesome ~ :) ~

I could do it when I was younger, just haven't done it in years...:P ~
