I have a fear of big dogs. It scares me b/c they can kill. I feel bad that people use certain dogs for fighting. I saw a few documentaries about it, heart breaking. Small dogs are cute, but they are pricey. I wish people would rescue more than get pure breed. With that money, tons of animals could be helped. Alot of people dump cats near my side of town. I think there are prolly 200 stray cats. And I live in a tiny town. It is a really issue. So sad. I took in 3 cats. The one was a male and I was told it was a female. It got my female pregnant and i had her fixed, not knowing she was pregnant and the vet just took the babies out and didnt even tell me. I am still upset about that. I would of kept them. She seemed different after that day. She is still doing good. My 2 cats seem to have the 9 lives from Cosmo. One is 15 and the other one is 12. I hope they have a few more years.

Same here. It's the vet bills that get me. I could probably afford food for 50 cats if I wanted to, but keeping them all healthy is a whole different animal. That would be very irresponsible of me haha.

I was really grateful for the last rescue I was in contact with because they took care of all the vet bills for the sick kitten I found. They probably blew through several hundred dollars on testing and meds. He had three different kinds of worms and a bad virus. God he was a nightmare though. Once he was all healthy, he was jumping off the walls, climbing up curtains, and ripping the carpets up. We didn't sleep well for a solid 3 months. I tried disciplining him in a few creative ways but just had to back off and let him do his thing. He would taunt the older cats into beating him up and it only seemed to excite him even more. Total spaz. Apparently his new family thinks he's an angel, though, and he was a celebrity at the adoption center. I got the butt end of the deal... but I love cats so it was worth the torture :) He was cute when he was sleeping at least. The rescue sent me a huge plate of cookies to thank me for my trouble lmao.

I see what you mean now. Definitely don't want to start a big crap fest over the subject, not that I think anyone posting in here was arguing anyway. I feel like I've done a lot but there's gotta be some more big donaters hiding out there! Just quiet ones.

Oh really? I know small dogs can be annoying, lots of nipping and barking. I know of people that have only been killed by large dogs. There was something going on a few years ago, where there was a baby or child being killed by a different dog every week. Scary.

Good job team! We were just under 10K ahead and now it looks like we've increased the lead a tad with 12K! We can do this! :) I have about 600 hundred ormore snowballs accumulating since morning and I've actually had some decent success RSing this afternoon! Probably 100 items or so!

I got through all my quests and vending (160+ from vending alone - amazing!) and I'm trying to catch restocks and grab snowballs in between.

Get an auto refresher. Set one for 30 seconds on the buying page of the emporium, and another on the turning in page of the competition. Get 120 snow balls every hour.
