Feeling quite discouraged with the gap between us and Mischief, I'm close to throwing in the towel to be honest. Hopefully everyone will keep on contributing but I'm just not too confident right now!

Yeah, there's a big difference between us and Mischief, but I'm fairly confident that we can at least pass BFF. The gap between 3rd and 4th is getting smaller.

No, it's not you at all! I've had so much fun donating and meeting everyone in Team Nature but the 200k gap is definitely going to be a challenge!

My guess is that if we continue to be slow and steady and the effort from the other teams starts waning, we can win. I think some people have gotten discouraged and just stopped though. :(

That's a shame. ;n; I saw some people talking about how Nature would be at a disadvantage if it has a large number of people who don't do anything... I really didn't want to believe them though. u_u I can see why it would be discouraging however!!

There might be stuff for each rank. So, definitely don't give up! I am donating more now than I was able to yesterday. Maybe the other teams will slow down. They can't keep up that pace every day. At least, I hope not.

I have no idea how scores are calculated (the team ones) but I think they might be right. Once we figure out how scoring works we'll be able to find out but we were the biggest team (at least according to forum polls and just looking through the comments).

Hopefully there will be some encouragement from staff or twists to this challenge, I think people will bore of this challenge eventually. We'll see!

Maybe! No official confirmation from staff but I do hope they have something in the works. And I definitely hope that other teams will slow down. We'll see but from the cached score updates it seems like that isn't happening yet.

please don't give up... it's only day 2 & most go strong in the beginning & daily life happens throughout the week & it's bound to slow down.

If we slow down too, we'll never have a chance. Like [@[NPC] Alexander] says, "Slow and steady wins the race!"

I am just trying to be positive. :) If we were last place, I might just give up. I feel like we can pass a few teams. Maybe, not get 1st place. But, I plan on trying my best til Fri night. This will prolly be a one time event. Not a yearly.

I'm feeling a lot better after talking to you guys <3 I hope I am the only one to feel these sentiments. I just emptied my hoard from restocking in the days before this competition, now to go through my vault!

Nice words, Emma. I did actually notice us lagging behind other teams. I'll buy some snowballs and stuff from the shops but we have a long way to go...

awwww that's the spirit! We gotta keep busy like little bees & keep our garden pollinated with lots of donations! :)

Small goals are better than looking at an unrealistic goal... that's why I never set a New Year's Resolution, because more times than not they are not kept ;) Instead let's focus on 3rd place then on to 2nd... I know we have it in us!

I feel ya, patience isn't my strongest either when I want something done asap! And it would be nice if we could buy snowballs in bulk at least considering the time is still 30 seconds which would make it a bit easier… Maybe. Keep on keeping' on girlie. We still have three more days to go! ❤️

yeah the half a point is kind of a laugh when you think about how long you have to wait to cheer again. Should be a full point or two, imo.

For sure! I think setting personal goals might also be a great way to stay motivated. I'd like to hit 1000 donations if I can.

I love how supportive our team is, that's what makes us so lovely.

LoL you timed that perfect! I had just got back home. I have managed to RS a few things. Wish it was all food shops! That would sure make the RS'ing a ton easier! I had to sell my 1st born to buy the items out of user shops today, but that is ok, it was time for her to go anyways. hahaha
