The skirt would be pleated, with pockets and a thick waistband. Arm modifications showing hands in the pockets. For pocket reference, see Subeta's "Berry Heart Cake".
Original color: I'm hoping that using hex codes are alright. I'm looking for the top to be horizontally striped with something similar to and . The skirt would be somewhere in the range of . If you'd like to look at 's "Mermaid Helium Heels", that's a good reference for the colors I'm looking for.
Item references: I'm not totally sure what I'd like the CI to look like. I'm always lacking inspiration for this. Maybe a stuffed moose doll wearing the dress? If you have a better idea, please let me know!

hi uhm! im afraid that this mod isnt really doable because the arms need to be hidden somehow by some type of fabric D: you can't just erase them >o<
If i did my math corretly I should send 59.5$? 15 recolors + two you don't need copies for.
- Would it be doable without the arm modifications, just putting hands in pockets like those pants? <3
