Ping Quote Special Char UNs

if you press the quote button to quote someone with a special character in their username, they will not receive the ping.
example:
[edit] This actually works despite looking broken!
Hmmh, don't you put an underscore instead of the special character? It's been awhile. :P
Looks like using an underscore worked. I'll see if I can get the programmers to automatically change it when you hit the quote button like you use to be able to (assuming I recall correctly xD)

edited my OP in case you're curious. if the formatting could be fixed, instead of the underscore they could force the square brackets too.
