: Slotted!

: Slotted!

: Slotted!

: Slotted for both! There seems to be a few interested in the recolors, so I'll make lists for each of them and see if we can get a full list for them. If I can get it full I'd be happy to submit them, so hopefully it doesn't take forever.

: Slotted! I could probably make the tattoo tribute item... but I'm wondering if anyone would even want it because it probably gets covered by most clothing unless I put it somewhere else on the avatar's body? :o

: Slotted!

: Slotted! I did hehe xD All thanks to you! Looks like I might need to slot for other colors though... so maybe not just white or brown!

: Slotted for both! The bracelet is going quick, but the bun hair may take a bit to fill slots up for.

: Slotted for black, and I put you down on a re-color list for white! Looks like someone else is also interested in white, so I'll probably do a white one as well if there's enough interest.

: Thank you so much! ^^ I really appreciate it, I'll definitely seek you out if I have some questions I need help with. Some CW stuff is pretty confusing, lol ~

: Slotted, and put you on a list for interest in re-colors! ~

: Slotted!

: Slotted for all 3 hairs with a maybe on the light blue. The hair may take a bit to fill up slots for on one single color, but hopeuflly it doesn't take too long!

: Two slotted! ^^

: Slotted!

-wipes forehead- Goodness, I woke up to so many posts! ;A; Thank you SO much guys for your interest in my CWs, I really appreciate it! <3

just so you are aware, you can only ping 10 users to a post/SUPER INCONVENIENT RIGHT!? i suggest putting spaces between the @ and the username, after you ping the first ten, but, you'll see the ones that aren't bold font probably didn't go through, but will once you edit the prvious 10... :) But yey thank you for slotting me

20th slot filled!

Working on getting it approved, may just put it up in my CW Shop instead of taking another batch of slots? Not sure what to do...

Do you want it unlimited in your shop/or decide on a limited amount from the unlimited status, or only have 20 copies on site? cos you have options.

Are you slotting us or submitting it direct to shop?

edit If two batches filled already, setting it to 3 batches wouldn't be a bad thing. It's completely up to you. setting it to unlimited is sort of like insurance, let's say a buttload of your friends all want copies in the future, IF AND ONLY IF you never officially stated an official number of batches only then is it ok to sell off other copies... I think but if you state only 2 batches will be sold from the unlimited status, then you must stick to the number of batches stated because it's considered scamming to say there will be limited batches and then sell unlimited copies... I know this can all be a little confusing, it just takes time.

Well people seem to really want it, so I was wondering if submitting it direct to shop would be better so people can just auto-purchase it...

I just submitted it though, so I slotted the first 10 ^^ Next 10 will be after it gets approved.

I just wasn't sure if you can then put it direct-to-shop, and sell a 3rd batch through the store?

if you direct to shop it will be unlimited in batches but you cannot state a set number of batches and then sell unlimited copies, but you can have an unlimited status and only sell the number of batches you officially stated...if you never officially stated anything then you should be ok

as long as it's on some body part it still counts :) just the fact that you could make would be awesome for this superfan haha. You could always ask around and see if others feel the same way. I know I'd wear it all the time.

: Yeah, I stated the batches would be decided based on interest, so if there's enough interest for more batches then I'd make more. I think restricting batches making something limited would be too soon for me doing my first pieces.

: I've been talking to my friend who is a Supernatural fan as well, and she agrees she'd love it over the heart like Sam and Dean. So I'll play around with it and see how it fits on an HA chest. Anti-Possession sigils already exist though, so I'm wondering if it would even be considered a tribute item since it already exists in religion? @; I can't imagine making 4 changes to something so small/tiny considering it's not copyrighted to Supernatural.

I agree with that! Make sure to double check that you set your batches to unlimited before it gets into the approval queue! You won't be able to cancel and resubmit the proper amount after its in the queue :) Super happy this filled for you, super success!

: I did, thank goodness xD Hopefully the first batch gets paid soon, so I can put the 2nd one through to get everyone their bracelets. Thank you! ^w^ I'm so happy, too! My bun hair is a lil bit different so I was hoping the bracelet would at least get filled fast since the hair won't. But I didn't expect it to fill THIS FAST! Wasn't even up 24 hours!

if it's unlimited you could just push it to your shop after approval and everyone will just pick up their copies at their own leisure. if you do slot for a second batch that involves people waiting on others to pay. sooo again, totally up to you. I see you are picking up two copies for yourself so slotting a second batch would make sense in that case :)

: xD i thought about that, it probably does make more sense but I think at that point it's completely locked in as unlimited and I can't change the amount of batches in the CW store?

Like if I later decided interest had died and I should just cut it off, at say 3 batches only, I can't do that if I just submit it to shop right off the bat. I'm assuming that I can have it as unlimited as separated batches, but refuse to make more batches whenever I feel like it, as long as I don't just straight up submit it into my store?

Hard to explain, but basically if I do it like I'm doing it now at unlimited, I can cut it off whenever I feel like it. But if I submit it Unlimited straight to shop, it STAYS unlimited and I can't remove it from my store. (that's how it's worded on the CW submission pages anyway, unless I'm not understanding it correctly.) But when I visit people's stores and it says "23 Left", it means they put it into their shop Limited. So that makes sense.

My thing is I basically want it unlimited UNTIL the first flow of interest dies, and then "retire" it. And it sounds like I cannot do that if I put it into my store right off the bat without choosing "only 3 batches", which would prevent me from making a 4th if there was 10 more people I'd like to sell it to. So I guess it sounds like I HAVE to have it Unlimited on my CW collection but only submit batches manually....

Sorry for all the typing haha... it's just... ;A; REALLY confusing, it doesn't state any of this clearly/bluntly on the CW page or forums. So everything I just said is merely how I understood it.

If the status is unlimited you can choose exactly how many copies to put in your shop, literally any number of copies, or have the option to set it to unlimited...you can also set the price to zero so the item can no longer be sold. you can keep 1 copy locked in your shop forever, so people can find it/or know who's selling it, if you so choose.

IF you submit an item with 3 batches, and only 1 + 1/2 batch fills. in this situation the best option is to push the remaining batches into your shop locked so the users who slotted half the second batch can get their copies. In this situation you would lock the item and send out invites. and then people will redeem their invites and buy their copies. Then the remaining copies will be left for you to either unlock for other users who may be interested in buying later or, mark it zero and it wont show up in your shop....

But once an item is in your shop its unnecessary/not able to take slots, it would be more of an invitation situation after it's in your shop

edit: UGH I know it's all so confusing, but if you take a look at my shop for instance all of those items are just remaining copies from batches that didn't fill, some are locked because special/regret not making them unlimited and others are locked because their first batches didn't fill and I have batch extras in my vault ... I do have an unlimited seasonal release set that I've marked zero so those items might show up on the shop search but they'll be marked 0 and unable to be purchased until I've put a price on it...

Ooooooooh, that actually makes a LOT more sense then. I mean it's still a bit confusing, but that cleared up quite a bit of confusion I had. It's really good to know you can control all that, the way it sounded you couldn't control that much of it if you had it unlimited in the shops. Makes me a lot less nervous about putting them in shop ^^; I wish they'd have a forum thread to explain all that in more detail, it's so vague on the current threads/the CW page. ;_;

Some users WANT a whole extra batch in their shop, others just wanna slot 2 batches and have it never reach their shop. I'm just saying, if you ever publicly announce "SINGLE BATCH ITEM" and let's say that single batch doesn't fill. A lot of users will just submit direct to shop=unlimited because its cheaper that way, the status will be unlimited BUT once you make a public note of saying single batch, that item must remain single batch/only 10 copies to be released for sale or else its considered scammy and could be reported

A good way of saving your ass would be like, saying "ONLY 2 BATCHES FOR PUBLIC RELEASE The status will be unlimited I reserve the right to sell copies only to friends who missed out at a later date" kinda thing. Well, I've seen people do that... But honestly the best way to know for sure is to file a ticket with your questions and you'll get staff answers on any confusing rules and guidelines

Yeah, a friend got a question I had answered since she was submitting a ticket anyway. I just feel bad messaging staff because I bet they get asked the same things over and over and over again. x.x But I guess if I really don't know I can bother them ~ And the batch thing makes sense, I could see people scamming pretty hard with a secret batch and that would be bad for the value of the items...

Some times mistakes happen. I've known people to mistakenly make it single batch when they meant to make it 2-3 even and then it gets into the approval queue before they've noticed and there's nothing that user can do about it EXCEPT APOLOGIZE LIKE CRAAAZY TO ANY USERS WHO SLOTTED in the other batches, or create or commission a similar recolor, you feel me? hahaha I know it was such a pain to learn how to distribute customs, it's a whole different realm from creating/drawing/arting/THE REAL GOODS... I mean, the advertising ping groups all have rules/guidelines too, on top of submitting rules, and denials/approvals, DOUBLE CHECKING EVERYTHINGOMG. It's can be a pain sometimes, but hey, WE'RE DOING THIS FOR FUN MMK!? :D
