EDIT: REFERENCE: Click HAIR & EYE COLOUR: Hair is chocolate brown; eyes are sapphire blue. ADDITIONAL INFO: The patterns for the veil & dress do not need to be exact. Feel free to adjust them as needed, as long as you keep the spirit of the patterns (eg don't turn circles into squares) Also the dress itself is 2 layered. The bottom layer is the solid fabric; the pattern part is a 2nd top sheer layer which falls over it. Oh and if needed, the shoes would be simple heels that match the dress color.

Reference: My OC Hair & Eye Colour: Hair is blond. Eyes are green/blueish (much like the skirt in the reference). Additional Info: She has a lot of freckles. She also has quite a lot of hair, that should come to at least halfway her calf. She usually wears her hair braided one way or another, so feel free to take any creative liberty with that if you'd like.
