My head voice has started speaking with a Scottish accent, wdf .___.??

Is it odd that I know exactly what you mean? MINE DOES THAT TOO SOMETIMES. But since I could listen to that basically all the time, it's all good.

Though normally my head voice sounds suspiciously like Kim Possible..

I don't think it's odd? Mine has never done a Scottish accent before, so I'm a little weirded out. Like, typing this, my head keeps reading it with a Scottish accent ;a;

It's prolly 'cause I just watched Hot Fuzz followed by The World's End and will continue with Paul and then Shaun of the Dead ;p

with the movies it's like you're speaking a different language, but whatever. Yay for Scottish inner voice.
