As of right now, the previews are still broken for me. Thank you for letting us know it is being worked on! It can be frustrating not knowing if anyone hears ya! LOL :O

Must be one heck of a bug! Just thought I'd pop in and add that I'm still having these issues, and have been for... A couple of weeks now, probably. If it ever stopped, I wasn't around to notice.

Laptop running Win8.1, using Cyberfox (which is a Firefox fork). I tried updating it to the most recent version as well as clearing cookies/cache at least twice since this started. It's only happening with wearable preview hovers now, as far as I can tell. I did notice a few miscellaneous broken images elsewhere around the site, but those... Seem to have been fixed at some point? EDIT: Okay, no, it seems that my avatar when attached to a forum post is also displaying a broken image. Weird, it works fine in the sidebar, and everyone else's is showing up fine. EDIT x2: And some users' avatars when hovering over their names in forum posts and the like are also broken. I think the bug is getting mad at me for pointing it out and has decided to start infecting the rest of the site...

I am not able to hoover over images, it worked yesterday, but it's not working again ~ :( ~

Same, wearable previews are only showing up as broken images. Also some other things around the site are not showing up properly as well, such as NPC avatars and most of the images on the pets page.

I haven't been able to see any wearable hovers for a week and a half, maybe two weeks.

I am still NOT able to see image hovers, and have not been able to for two plus weeks. Very frustrating. Using Chrome.

It's been a month for me. Firefox, Windows 10, and stuff..

I haven't had a broken image issue from my PC in some time, but I have noticed a big issue with accessing the full site from a phone and having images be broken all over. Images/hover previews are broken in that format the majority of the time as is the actual site layout (every once in awhile the format will be normal but the images still won't show, or images will show but previews won't, only partial images will show, etc.). I know mobile hasn't been a big focus for the site in the past, but since this has been happening ever since the added DDOS protection was put onsite I wanted to mention it.

I access from a pc almost always and they are broken ?

My hover images are still broken too. It's been over 2 weeks now, maybe longer. I use Chrome for everything including Subeta. I did just check Firefox and Internet Explorer, the hover images work on both fine. So it must be something with Chrome. Might switch to Firefox for a while, until this is fixed.

[edit] Scratch that, they work on Chrome now too suddenly.

I'd love to buy a February Collection or two, but, unfortunately, the hover previews are not working, so, I won't be. Oh bloody well, right?

Yeah, this has been a problem for me for a little over a month now, I think. '3' I can occasionally get the preview avatar base back with a hard refresh, but it lasts for around only 10 minutes before showing as a broken image again (and works on only some pages, not all). It makes it next to impossible to appreciate and buy items.

Tbh it doesn't matter to me now, as I'm retiring from Subeta (site functionality issues just make it too difficult to play these days, unfortunately), but it's something that definitely needs to be looked at soon. A month is a long time! TnT

I use to have the broken image icon, but now I'm just getting a blank space when I try to preview any wearables and such. This has been happening to me for at least a week or so. I hope it's resolved soon!

Having those issues too. ALL item hovers are coming up with a tiny little square. The games are working but the images arent ,loading right either. This looks like a big issue. I use mozilla only. Windows 10. I have bee away for awhile so not sure when this officially started but it was here yesterday when I first logged in too.

Just to update, this is still happening on and off; I am making no browser changes.

Today, when the broken images appeared I tried to right click and view just the image. This went to the 'checking browser' ddos page, then the image loaded.
And if I went back to the site, it was then visible normally. So possible ddos protect related?
