Congrats on T13!

I'm kind of glad I don't like that much from the point shop (I dont mean dislike, I just mean most are pretty eh) I can get plenty of books, get the minions that look like battle challengers for Bruggy's TC, and have points to spare in case anyone needs extras and doesn't have enough points.

I'm getting my forj fighting done and it actually beat me one round. Asshole lavamonster managed to steal sentinel and prodigy at which point I couldn't outdamage with water the massive healing. Now it gets its pick of stealing dilemma push pin swords, cube, or forj tempered shield because clearly having my good weapons in the set was a terrible idea.

Did you equip your stuff with blessed armor? That should help with the stealing. I also like to bring a third weapon into battle, even if it's a junky one, so I can either use that one or she steals that instead.

The problem is I have to have water baguette crystals on to ensure I actually do decent damage. And I did that this recent time by bringing arrow harpoon! It does water and it heals for flat 100 hp versus the >300 by healed by the percentage based one.

Hmmm... how odd. Everything on this site is always perfect. ;) Guess it's ticket time. Too bad you weren't given what you earned. I'd ask about the T8/9 as well.

Personally, I'm glad Alegarten is up first. I could use a beer after all that battling... lol At least I got all the littles thru the easy boppers. Now I can concentrate on some more difficult challenges.

I see every one talking about a reset I can only remember the challengers being reset a handful of times and its not every year unless they changed something but good luck when it does happen

1@wesker I'm using prodigy staff and blunderbuss as they do quite a lot of water icons with baguette crystals equipped and that's the only icon that does damage. I'm tier 10

Do you have the trident and shinwas short sword? I think I modded the trident with two blessed and two parched for her, while shinwas sword has 2 water attack baguettes and 1 blessed. The magma block on it is really helpful and the blessing will heal you. I brought the prodigy staff in as the backup. Other than that I had a bunch of healers, the forj tempered shield and a blaster. Watch the text to see the thing about the forjlings chanting getting louder, that's when she will most likely use a meteor barrage next turn and you can try blocking with an SE scroll. Perilous whirlpool scrolls are also great against her. The ocean currents scroll also works great against her, although I don't know if you picked one up from crawbeast this year.

Unstable sample syringe is also another weapon that is really really good against her. I used that + blessed trident + pstaff all fully modded with water baguettes and if she stole one, I still had the other two

Oooh yeah I forgot about the syringe! The syringe is ideal, better that the sword. At the time I was facing her I didn't have the syringe or know about it/ it may not have even been available.

Sierrac Basal Ice Flail is a decent water blocker :D I'm not sure why the references say it blocks ice and wind when it definitely blocks ice and water? Anyway, I used to use that + Malerias Cursed Arm Bangle for Crawbeast before I upgraded.

That make's three this round. Kind of hard to believe that it wasn't so long ago that he was stomping Kilroy almost every attempt, and now he's mostly fodder. The Prodigy has replaced him as a threat. Feeling pretty confident I can take on Rouland this year, and most certainly make mincemeat out of that surly bat by next year.
