You can also try turning down the brightness on your monitor, and lighting the room at night. Both help alleviate eye strain. 👀

I don't think it's eye strain though. it's usually something that starts when I wake up and it just sits there all day. it's like I sleep too hard

It's too long to be a normal, regular headache. It could have a simple solution -- like getting glasses or reducing eye strain -- or it could be something serious. Get it checked out to at least rule out the bad stuff.

I have glasses. I don't get normal regular headaches. it isn't really bad, it's something that just sits there for awhile and goes away. if I ever feel like it's more serious than what I think it is now, I'll go to the doctor but right now I know it's not anything to worry about.

You DON'T know that it's nothing to worry about. And maybe you simply need a new prescription. Just take 2 minutes to call and make an appt.

it could be, my glasses are a couple years old. but that's not a big deal. I'm fine, panicking or going to the doctor over it would be an overreaction. my mom and dad would tell me the same thing - and my dad is a doctor.

Then say something to your Dad. And going to the dr for a headache is NOT panicking OR overreacting. Going to the ER would be overkill, making an appt to see an eye dr is a reasonable action.
