hmmmmmm really? I am using swash +PBB. I do have one gotf scroll equipped. SE wasn't working as well as cobalt so I was going to swap the two SE I had for two more cobalts
a dark blocker helps, but I think people have had success using Malerias Cursed Arm Bangle if you blast his death rolls I think it is, he's much easier.
hm I never use the core of the island. I doubt skelly will come back any time soon, but we'll see. I'd be more interested in tasseled aegis or the other ones.
ive got the bangle; i'll try it out. any idea for a 2nd weapon to use? is there a blaster that lets u pick what to blast? ive got the blackmoon & recycle ones but i never hit anything good...

Ah, I was using trident and skull staff. For me, cobalt helped with 1 extra icon and SE with 2.
My Decayed Pylot Strategy
1) RB, skull staff, Typhoon of Valor scroll
2) soma, skull staff, Typhoon of Valor scroll(or GotF scroll if I need extra healing)
3 and on)skull staff, blessed trident, Skelly scroll
I have extra Gift of the Forj scrolls, PQ, and RotL for healing and AoN and RV for blocking when needed
I had pylonics, shards, and a lot of dark magma potions equipped for each battle with my last pet
Also with my smallest pet I had to add some defense mods; 2 magma, 1 light, and one ice to each attacker; to block a few extra icons(The 2 losses I took with Calculus came before I added those defense mods)
hm depends what you have really, if you have any water blocker, he apparently does a lot of water. you could try paintbrush blades too
nope no blasters let you pick, though I really wish they did lol. it's just luck.

Blackmoon Hand Blaster can replace soma. It's the 3rd best blaster Shinwas Temple Shard can replace AoN if you have it. It's the 3rd best full blocker The One Ring can replace RotL. It's a 1k healer Other things could possibly replace any of those items and the strategy still work, but the skull staff is a necessity for my strategy.
How much of an idiot am I? In all my years of subeta I somehow ended up with a trident of the banished one and it's been sitting in my armory and I've never used it. Was checking my armory today and I saw it and I'm like "wait a minute..." how did I end up with that?
headdesk I could have realized that years ago. I'm finally updating my set for my T11 pet as I KNOW I can beat some of the hard ones I'm just lacking the right equipment.
Was it a plot prize or something? How would I have ended up with this and not have known it???
Okay so update...from the bobblehead completion. I grabbed what I didn't have when they released them again in the CSC shop recently. Makes sense now.

I made 2 more typhoon of valour making a total of 4 for me. I purchased the GOTF scroll being there was only 1 for sale in the shops. TIP for anyone stalking dont buy the scroll make it. WAY CHEAPER!!!
The Shreik of Despair scrolls I have (2) I won from whichever challenger it was that drops it. I use them as a regular scroll, but will switch them out to get my further 3 wins on Decayed!
