I'm wondering if any of you guys know if I can beat the wizard with my tier 9 pet? I'm willing to buy more weapons/scrolls for it (:

I had my freezer, blaster and the rest were attackers. I did end up with only one weapon once, but they never took everything. That is a huge bummer. Why is it that they never steal RB? The one thing you wish they would take. lol

tier 9 may be a bit soon to win against wizards. you may be able to squeak out a win using the conventional weapons.

you could use an emo spork and wait for them to steal it, then full block when they do and hope to get very lucky for wins, that'd work at t9. but that way takes a lot of patience and losses.

wizards are more t10/t11 I think though.

I tried it w/ my T9 and she got CREAMED. It MIGHT be possible if you can double blast his healing and chain freeze... He will steal the PQ and heal himself back up to full health, so I wouldn't recommend using that or RotL. Doesn't he frequently block all light and dark damage also? Maybe I'm getting my gellies mixed up, but I'm thinking you want to attack with water or fire or something that he doesn't block.

lol gelatin wizard stole my rapier, then my MW stole it back like 3 turns later

I'm using 2 bombs, mecha, CEF, freezer, and 3 attackers. I use all but the attackers and then he steals those. It's happened 3 times so far. I'm trying to alternate freezing scroll and healing scroll to get in a freeze every other time towards the end of the battle. That's when he's doing the stealing

Why mecha? Are you hoping the curse will take him out after he swipes all your stuff? Maybe add a few more attackers? Seems like you're already doing half his job for him. ;)

I used my chase set for wizards except for the few times I used my default set because I forgot to switch

I should switch the blasters for other attackers but I made the set before I cleared the junk from the troll out of my armory so finding stuff was tough.

I'm so mad at the Mage right now. I got 7 water amulets from beating the wizard and the Mage gave me nothing but shards. ERRRRRRR!

Why not mecha, other than more steal protection, since the curse by itself makes it worthwhile if the battle lasts more than 5 rounds. Maybe I should mention that it was my 8th pet before I took that first loss?

thanks, tucked in my 10th shortly after my second mass robbery. it's so annoying that i got to 9 wins with no blemish on my record, then i have to forfeit two fights because he's a rude dude to get to my 10th.

on an unrelated note, since we're getting gelashell AND gel wizard today, does anyone know if that means hydra is tomorrow? i'm trying to coordinate my move so that i get at least one good day to whack at the hydra
