Haha, I've never been able to restock a thing, I just react too slowly, plus I don't really have the patience for it, or the time I love how the shop search has the NPC shops on though, so I have a chance to be lucky :)

yeah it's so convenient having one pokemon know 4 hms/outside of battle tms, saves me from putting them on pokemon that are actually useful haha.
