Definitely get the soma tablets, I find the full blockers more worth it for global bosses during plots but it can be helpful for other challengers. It can really help get a win when you have a turn or 2 extra during a bttle.

I'm mid tier 5 at the moment (~500 even) and growing

I'm also tempted by RV (or any full block really) and Reviver of the Lion (which I've seen mentioned a lot) I have 130mil sitting in the bank along with 2500 csc I could convert, so I think I could get a lot. I tend to adopt a 'good defense is a good offense' style, and I don't really mind spending more to get a few extra icons; I like to hoard the best.

Really appreciate the advice guys, there's just so much to choose from! (Reminds me of my first Pokemon team...)

the catoblepas is good but you should save you money instead of buying it, t8 you can get which last I checked wer under 1m, t9 has which is good too.

frost thorn is a decent buy for t6

you could see how much it is to complete the most recent bobblehead collection and get a as a prize. I generally advise against shields and bombs after earlier tiers. you will eventually earn from the beast but they're pretty cheap too, pairs nicely with somas.

is a good buy, 90% healer and you can use it along with your phoenix quill so you have pretty much 2 full healers.

I think I saw you say you made your reborn icewand of doom? that's your best bet for t6

I would definitely pick up the reviver for another healer. I personally have never felt the need for soma tablets since I have the Blackmoon blaster that can also be used with the recycle blaster and is a lot cheaper. The Minotaur knocker kbbob mentioned is a good scaling weapon. I think Forj Tempered Kusarigama are tier 5 and good for that tier. The trident of the banished one is a worthy investment if you have the sp. I would definitely work on getting more ap to add more scrolls until you can get the better weapons at higher tiers. Aftershocks scroll is my favorite back up to tasseled aegis scroll. You'll want to also stock up on cobalt eternal and sancturia exodin. Divine denizhen scroll is a good one for tier 5.

blackmoon blaster isn't near as good because the item it blasts stuff into is opb, so once they use it, it's gone and it's like you stole a weapon. it's noticeable in longer , close fights when you really need to use the empty pillbox once in awhile so you can make up some healing.

Soma is definitely better than the blackmoon for sure, I just can't justify the price tag xD I really only save blasting for the tougher challengers but I've rarely needed to use both. Blackmoon is just an in case of emergency blaster. I mostly just freeze now or blast/steal if I can't freeze

I got my somas for free, so I can definitely justify the price tag (to other people) blasting is only really necessary in tough fights.

I have the Minotaur, I just haven't used it for a while 'cos other things did more damage, though I guess it does heal 5% now huh Recycle blaster I have too, been using it until 10 minutes ago xD You can use it with the quill? Sweet! Getting that then Hehe, I'm just a Pokenerd through and through, I'll occasionally mono-type a game for fun, and I solo-ed one with the Hydreigon family

I did look at the Forj for it's blessing, but the icon range put me off Grr, that Trident, I do want it -calculates- I could scrounge up 330mil, but the Trident is all of that right? Was going to wait until I could use the Blessed one, before making myself destitute xD

Oh, I forgot about books and scrolls, I suppose I could buy some of those It feels odd to me having all this cash on hand xD

Oh yea if you could get it for free or got it during the reading drive for points, I'd say totally keep it. I guess I should have picked up a copy instead of selling extra revivers x.x

I forgot about freezers! I would pick up a 100% opb freezer as it's only some of the really hard enemies you won't battle until much later that have freeze protection or freezing disabled. I used to use the deluxe death shard since it also blocked a lot of dark for one turn until I made the energized helmet, but there are cheaper freezers out there.

Yeah I paid around 315mil for mine back in the day. If you don't have the funds now I would wait off. Invest in the good scrolls and Intel. The trident will suck now and feel completely under powered. It won't be decent until you can transform it at T8 and it won't be good until T9. It won't be until T10 that you see its full potential.

So ... a tier 6 set would be something like this maybe? and maybe a shield / full blocker on the side for things you can't heal with? (are there some at T6 level? I think I need to work on my opponent list) I'm still on the fence about the wheeley toy, even though it's only for the 2 tiers the extra icons look so nice, and I like the possible block on the Cherry Scythe too

yeah that looks about right :) cherry scythe isn't something to rely on though

I wouldn't really get it in earlier tiers but it is useful definitely at later tiers against the harder opponents, so having it is something I suggest, but buying it asap... eh doesn't matter so much. mine was a gift from an anon which I think was an old quitting battler. along with my reviver. :) made me very happy

Congrats on win 5!! What weapons are you using? I didn't even realize he was no steal/freeze with boosting. I just pummeled the crap out of him lol. Best use for my dgr since saggi. I just remembered I didn't finish off 10 wins on saggi yet =o

I've never seen the frost thorn before but everything else looks good. Not sure what the cherry scythe does either lol x.x the full blocker is a nice extra but it's cheaper for now and better to boost intelligence and get the cobalt eternal and sancturia exodin scrolls. They take 7 ap each but I would have enough ap to hold at least three of them plus whatever infinite use scroll you are using. You can always swap between the two if you can't hold both types in your battle scroll set, depending on what icons you need to block.

It certainly looks different to what I had; I think I'm still in the Neo thinking of Healer - Freezer - Shield - Weapons - Bomb - whatever else seems handy, but then bombs were pretty powerful compared to weapons of the same price (from what I remember) and good multi-use healers were daft prices [sub]... I'm going to have to redo my entire armoury planning list aren't I[/sub] True enough, I think I will leave the Scythe, maybe if I have cash to burn when Vryce gets to that tier I'll pick it up

Yea, my scrolls + AP do need serious work, and again; I can always pick one up later :) I best get to collecting those ingredients and things properly
