I got 2 wins on Rouland and now he's kicking me ***.

I've been trying ME + swash.... but it doesn't seem to be working too well...

also any scroll advice?

can some one explain to me why it takes 10 wins to get the manifesting weapon when just yesterday on the achievement page it said you got that weapon after 5 wins just wondering y it changed

Duane if you look at it the 5 times is for title and underneath you will see the star thing is on the 10 and if you click the ten is will show the weapon you get for the 10 wins.

yes I know that but it didn't say that yesterday when I was looking at it had it after 5 wins i just want to know y it changed is all

the weapon isn't a 5th drop.. it's an achievement prize did you beat him 5 times last year?

it looked the same way when I looked at it yesterday. Hasn't changed for me, so not sure why yours would be different. Could you just maybe have read it wrong yesterday? Only thing I can think of.

that could be but I don't think so I am pretty sure it was at 5 yesterday cuz i was showing it to my son and he thought that would be a cool weapon to have

this on subetalodge and this is what the achievements said yesterday as well: Manifesting Weapon Obtained by defeating Rouland 5 times in the Battle Coliseum Achievement Prize: Ruler of the Night, Defeat Rouland 10 times in battle!

Duane yep SL has it screwed up. They need to change that. The one on here still looks the same to me as it did yesterday, but the wording on here says "defeat 5 times" so I could easily see that being taken wrong. It has always been on the 10th win, so not sure why they would even do anything to it on here. Could you maybe have looked at the SL one (that I agree 100% with you is wrong) then looked at the one on here and seeing the defeat 5 times and just thought of it the same way as SL?

I just really have no other explanation. Sorry too be of no help.

ANYONE PLEASE what scrolls for Rouland I have cronus natasha trident intracite helmet psycho smasher 4 shreiks and 4 peril whirpool and cobals and gOTF i have won 4 times

He has a blessing where he can't be frozen so it might just take some luck for him to not activate it on the first turn so you can chain freeze him. Other than that I would say an infinite scroll like aftershocks/skelly, and health scrolls like GotF to heal. If you can't chain freeze because of the blessing, try cobalt scrolls.

Okay, I've beaten Nightlady twice, but now I've hit a wall. I've used MrCool's tumblr guide as a starting point, and tried adding throwing vials, shards and pylonics to last longer, and I sometimes get close, but I wonder if any of you have any further advice on how to beat the pretty spider-lady?

I don't have a huge budget for buying new stuff (unless it's stuff worth having for a while), but would welcome any advice on strategy or arsenal that you guys use to beat her.

I liked using when she was frozen in hopes of a chain freeze :)

- Fatal Fire, Lucky, and GoTF are great for rouland, freezers aren't super useful cus he pretty much always has the anti-freeze blessing. Aftershocks is good for multi healing, it's just a small block, but it does block a bit of his three main icons.

- His healing is super annoying once you get past 5 wins. Opponents should not be allowed % healers, especially when their health goes up over 1000HP/win. Going for win 8 and had him down to 2000 health, and I was at full health, then he healed back up to 8000 health, then chain froze me to death :( Not cool.
