The Sphinx is a pain to get. You need the seasonal sphinxes from the Millionaire Center first. Three of them are contained in the seasonal reliefs, but the autumn one is just directly in the mil center. Then you take the four of them and turn them in to the wizard, which deletes them and gives you the challenger.
